The AIRBUMP Standard Peak Bump Cap offers lightweight, low-profile head protection for workplaces where hard hats aren’t required but bumps and scrapes are still a risk. Its unique AIRBUMP flex liner delivers excellent impact absorption while providing high ventilation, helping keep heat buildup to a minimum. Additional airflow channels in both the liner and the outer cap improve comfort during long wear and allow better movement in tight or confined spaces.

The cap features a fully adjustable fit ranging from 53–64 cm, making it genuinely one-size-fits-all. A foam-padded insert boosts protection, and the outer shell is washable and suitable for embroidery or screen printing. Designed to look like a standard baseball cap, it’s ideal for technicians, warehouse workers, delivery staff, trades and other environments where a hard hat isn’t compulsory. Complies with EN812:2012 bump cap standards and is sold individually.
