The Hot Works Kevlar® Quick-Release Harness is purpose-built for high-heat environments where durability, safety, and ease of use are critical. Constructed from Kevlar®/Nomex® webbing, it delivers exceptional resistance to heat, sparks, and welding spatter—making it ideal for hot works, confined spaces, and industrial high-risk zones.

A large rear D-ring and closed loop dorsal system ensure secure, stable attachment during a fall, keeping hardware correctly positioned to reduce injury risk. Extended belay loops make connecting hardware quicker and more accurate, while the integrated sub-pelvic strap provides essential lower-body support during fall arrest situations.

The harness includes articulated chest and shoulder adjustment points for improved comfort and fit across a wide range of body types. Quick-release buckles with padding allow fast donning and doffing, even when wearing gloves. Additional features include confined space rescue loops and a convenient rear service pouch for inspection tags and recordkeeping.
