Constructed with high-tenacity 45mm polyester webbing rated to an impressive 33kN, this lanyard exceeds AS/NZS 1891.1 requirements by more than 220%. The precision-sewn THETA stitch pattern, consisting of over 423 stitches, matches the webbing’s full strength to eliminate any weak points within the assembly.

The unit includes drop-forged, corrosion-resistant alloy steel hardware for maximum robustness, while the contrast stitching enhances visual inspection. A drop-forged D-transition point doubles as a convenient stowage location for spare connection hardware.
